The plots are located in Panthea, a hill just north of the city of Limassol. Panthea is one of the most prestigious and sought after areas in Limassol for residential housing as it is only a few minutes drive from the center of the city while at the same time offers nice views and the advantages of a peaceful environment.
The Grammar School, one of the best private schools in Cyprus, is just 5 minutes walk from the plots. The motor way is a 4 minutes drive, which is far enough to avoid the traffic noise but close enough to connect you quickly to locations around Limassol and Cyprus in general.
Following are directions to the plots:
– From the Mesa Geitonia Roundabout take the exit to Fasoula.
– Drive for about 1 Kilometer and then turn right when you see the big “Panthea” Sign
– Drive straight for about 500 meters and then turn left before the Grammar School
– Drive straight for about 800 meters until the top of the hill where the road splits and continue right.
– The plots will be in front of you right after the curve.
